We enjoyed the historic building and the privacy of the second floor apartment. A great place to be our hub for exploring South Dakota. The town of Mitchel is full of wonderful, friendly people as well.

This place was perfect for our night in Mitchell. We hope to stay here again sometime! Check-in was easy, due to the host's clear instructions. The space is clean and the decor is warm and welcoming. We deeply appreciated our host's kindness and will be recommending this place to friends.

The downtown location was very close to shops and restaurants. The elevator was an added bonus as I was just recovering from a foot injury. The kitchen was the most well stocked one we’ve ever seen with every small appliance and utensil you can imagine. The maintenance gentleman helped us figure out the key lockbox code and was probably operator error on our part. Highly recommend the stay here and Courtney was a very responsive host!

There was an issue at check-in that delayed us a bit, but how Courtney responded, more than made up for it. The place was clean and tidy, stocked with essentials, and had board games our daughter and her friend to play. Courtney and the quality of this historic location makes this a great location if you are staying in Mitchell, SD.

We don't have enough good things to say about this Airbnb and its lovely host! Mitchell, SD is a gem of a town and we're so glad we got to stay and check it out a little more. I would (and will) recommend Mitchell and Courtney's place to everyone I know 🩷🩷🩷

We would give more than five stars if we could! This was exactly as described in downtown. Courtney left two drink coupons, and we walked to a great dinner and caught the Royals playoff game after a long drive. She even had extra toiletries which was handy when my husband realized he had left his toothbrush. The building is historic, and it is under construction. That just added to the uniqueness! Highly recommend! Courtney was very responsive! Very easy checkout too!

I cannot say enough great things about this place and Courtney! This apartment is located in the best part of Mitchell, near all the best shops, restaurants, and night life. The apartment is decorated so well! I absolutely loved every detail. The drink coupons were also very appreciated as Bradley’s was such a great place. I stay at a lot of Air BnBs, and this is easily top of my list!

This place was exactly as described. I loved the location in the quaint, historic apartment building. It was right next to an adorable boutique, and very walkable to other downtown activities! Would love to stay again!

We loved our stay in Mitchell at Courtney’s place! Very close to the Corn Palace and a nice spot to stop on our way out towards Yellowstone! Thank you for the hospitality!

Courtney was very responsive when we added a night last minute and when we arrived later than anticipated. Apartment was neat, clean and in an excellent location for our needs. Right down from the Corn Palace her place allowed us to leave our truck parked while we rode the Tour de Corn which started on Main Street just in front of the Palace. I will love to see how this building turns out when it is fully renovated. I would highly recommend Courtney’s place.
