We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Courtney’s place!!! Everything was as described in the listing. I read the reviews, but underestimated just how close it was to the Corn Palace. It is absolutely walkable and it is beautiful from the large windows at night. We enjoyed the area very much. The restaurant downstairs is excellent!! We also enjoyed a nice cup of coffee at the adorable little coffee shop down the street. My husband and I are always sad to see the older buildings not being taken care of so the fact that such great care is being taken with this building was much appreciated by us. We would definitely recommend Courtney’s place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

The apartment was perfect for our visit to Mitchell and was in a convenient location. It was well stocked and had everything we needed with nice furnishings. Would highly recommend.

What a perfect place for us to break up our Christmas Eve drive. Everything was clean comfortable and Courtney made checking in and out a breeze. We will be back!

Place was as advertised. Provided great details on everything you need to know. Bonus was the Italian restaurant located on the ground floor of the building. Hard to believe high end dining was located in Mitchell!

We had a great stay while in town to visit our son that attends DWU! The apartment is in a beautiful restored building with tons of character. The apartment was clean, bed comfortable, and in a great location right downtown. It is newly remodeled and lots of nice “extra” touches that were so great! We will stay again!

Apartment was exactly as described. Great location right in the middle of Main Street. Everything was clean and apartment was well stocked with everything we could need. Check in and out was easy
