What a perfect place for us to break up our Christmas Eve drive. Everything was clean comfortable and Courtney made checking in and out a breeze. We will be back!

Place was as advertised. Provided great details on everything you need to know. Bonus was the Italian restaurant located on the ground floor of the building. Hard to believe high end dining was located in Mitchell!

We had a great stay while in town to visit our son that attends DWU! The apartment is in a beautiful restored building with tons of character. The apartment was clean, bed comfortable, and in a great location right downtown. It is newly remodeled and lots of nice “extra” touches that were so great! We will stay again!

Apartment was exactly as described. Great location right in the middle of Main Street. Everything was clean and apartment was well stocked with everything we could need. Check in and out was easy

Nice location right downtown. Easy walking distance to the Coen Palace, the new brewery, and shops downtown. Remodeling going on in the building, but we love old buildings like this one. Courtney’s apartment is well equipped we will definitely stay again!
